Safety
Your data security is important to us.
Without encryption, your emails can be read like postcards.
Therefore, we consistently encrypt our mail traffic. You also can contact us via an encrypted channel; there are two options:
1. HIN Network.
We are members of the HIN network. In this network, swiss health professionals communicate with each other in a securely encrypted form. If you also have a HIN account, you can use it to contact us. However, this service is not freely available and subject to a fee.
Our HIN address: info.zeppelin@hin.ch
2. PGP (Pretty Good Privacy)
The open-source program PGP has been the standard for mail encryption for decades. What is enough for Edward Snowden should be fine for us. The best thing about it: it’s free. However, you have to download the necessary programs and install the keys into your mail program. Our public key can be found below. You can then send an encrypted mail to us (info.zeppelin@hin.ch) from any mail address
Here you can download the necessary software for free: OpenPGP
On this page, you can also customize various email programs.
You can download the public key for info.zeppelin@hin.ch here.
